Qualcomm entering the SBC market is one of the bigger stories of 2025 in my view. The performance-per-dollar here is genuinely impressive. The big question mark is the software ecosystem. Qualcomm’s Linux support has historically been a little hit and miss, though they seem to be really trying with these SoCs, and mainline support is there or there abouts.
